I did not sleep well last night. I tossed and turned and according to my Fitbit I slept under 5 hours in total. My mind racing with FASFA Forms, crew fund raising events, Chip's painful elbow, Izzy's illnesses and the challenges of my job. I have written quite a few posts on my experiences at the gym, especially about my bike #97. If you read that post, you see that I am a bit fanatical about 'my bike' and 'my spot'.  I think we all are creatures of habit in that way. That was the phrase I heard at about 5:45 this morning from my Spin instructor.  She is the queen of one-liners.  "If you wanted easy, you would have stayed in bed."
