A Tale of Two Disciplines

Both my brain and my body are questioning my decision-making process over the selection of classes I took this weekend. Are you wondering what this means 02:49.79? Why 2 minutes and 49 seconds?  Two minutes of what?...hmmm. Basically 2 plus minutes of discomfort.
